A Message from Principal's Desk.

It is an honor and a privilege to be the Principal of GMSSS RAIPUR KHURD, Chandigarh, the school that stands for excellence and continuously sets the standards. Education has an important role in the life of an individual and it cannot be overstated. It shapes individuals FOR THEIR PRESENT AND FUTURE and Inculcates values in them that would govern all their choices in life. For me, Education does not mean only being literate.

Our mission is to create GMHS – 1 RC Dhanas a highly regarded for its academic excellence. Our School Contributes actively serving and improving the community. To provide a quality education so that every child achieves personal success and became a responsible Citizen. School prepares students to be the confident and active citizen who is self-directed for life long and become faithful family members. We promote a positive attitude towards success.

School is under MID-DAY Meal Facility.

The Mid-day Meal Scheme is the popular name for school meal programme in India. It involves provision of lunch free of cost to school-children on all working days. The key objectives of the programme are: protecting children from classroom hunger, increasing school enrolment and attendance, improved socialisation among children belonging to all castes, addressing malnutrition, and social empowerment through provision of employment to women
